Ordering Title
Most buyers don't even understand what that means and why should you? Title is probably one of the most important parts of your transaction. It insures the property you are buying is free and clear of any liens or issues. This also involves title insurance. All of that should be explained to you by your closing company up front and we will be happy to do that when we provide your initial estimate.
