I am the proud owner of Assured Settlement Solutions since opening in 2012. I am very proud of the dedicated team we have assembled & the service we provide! I am always out & about, either at the closing table or at events in support of our valued clients. My wife Janelle & I have 2 beautiful daughters, Ainsley & Kendyl.

It’s impossible to believe but I am working on my 27th
year in this business! I started out as a Wholesale
Mortgage Account Rep for Countrywide and thankfully,
found my sweet spot in sales/marketing for Title. I have
been with Assured Settlement for 10 years! There have
been many changes throughout the years but one thing
remains the same ... the power is in the relationships!
It’s been an amazing ride! One I plan to keep enjoying as
long as I can! My favorite things ... not necessarily in this
order ... working for Assured, doing closings (LOVE doing
closings) ... and my DOGS Max, Bennie & Buddy Wert ...
We are all Seniors, and we are all in this together!

with our clients and help keep the office flowing smoothly. In my spare time, I enjoy DIY and home improvement projects!
My biggest joy in life is my family, my husband and my two sons!

I have been with Assured Settlement Solutions for 10 years, with more than 20 years of experience in the title insurance/real estate industry! I am proud to be a licensed title agent in Pennsylvania, Ohio and Florida.
Outside of work, there are a lot of things I enjoy. I love watching college basketball (H2P!)!
My husband & I enjoy travelling, riding side by sides and anything outdoors. I love a good game of bingo & going to the casino. When I’m at home, I like hanging with my 3 cats, and watching the various animals that visit my yard.

I have been with Assured Settlement Solutions for over 10 years, 5 in the funding department. I’m usually at work but, when I’m not, I enjoy reading, doing anything outdoors, travelling and spending time with friends and family. I’m always up to try new things! My greatest pleasure is being with my family, especially with my grandchildren!

I have been with Assured Settlement Solutions since 2021, with more than 10 years’ experience in the title insurance industry! I am proud to be a licensed title agent in Pennsylvania and Florida. As a processor, I work with agents, buyers, sellers, and lenders to make a smooth closing experience for everyone involved. When I am not working, I love hanging out with my 8-year-old daughter.

I have been a processor for Assured Settlement Solutions for over 5 years! Before coming to Assured, I was a real estate agent for 15 years with Berkshire Hathaway. That seems to really help me relate to many facets of this business! I have three kids and a granddaughter that keep me busy! When I do have some spare time, I enjoy going hanging out with friends and am a sports enthusiast!

I started working in 1972 and I have 5 years in the banking business, followed by almost 40 years with a law firm in the Monroeville area, working in many facets of the law, which included residential and commercial real estate. In June 2016, I made a wonderful move in my career and came on board with Assured Settlement Solutions working as a processor. I try to make the home buying/selling process for all my buyers and sellers, as well as the real estate agents, brokers, and lender as easy as possible. I am a mother of 3 sons, and we are a well-blended family. Between my fiancé and myself we have 7 grandchildren, who are the love of our lives.

My favorite thing in life is sitting on a beach chair with my toes in the sand and my biggest Blessing is spending time with my adorable Granddaughter Ellie.

Hi! My name is Bobbi. I have been with Assured Settlement for three years. I started as a receptionist, worked to process new title orders, and work in post closings. While I still participate in many facets of the office, I am now a Notary Public specializing in closings! Personally, I am a proud cancer survivor! I have two beautiful fur babies named Penny and Bailey that are my world. I love them and I love what I do!

I have been in the title industry for most of my life, 8 years as a funder! I am the proud father of a college student, my daughter Lexi and when I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with friends and family!

I have been with Assured since 2014. I have been cross training and advancing since then. I will be celebrating 14 years that my husband has put up with me (it’s not easy). We have recently adopted a German Shephard Puppy, which has given us a new purpose and brought us closer together. It's amazing how smart and how fast they grow up. We look forward to taking him everywhere we go, Fishing, Riding, Kayaking, Walking.
